After 40 years, the Strauss’ and the entire Parkettes coaching staff/organization deserve some positive recognition for all they have accomplished over the years.  That is a huge part of what we hope this book will accomplish. 

 

In all the years I spent at the gym and the time since I graduated and moved on with my life, I know that the Parkettes never really received the positive recognition deserved for all of the successful gymnasts and women that came from being a part of the Parkettes organization.

 

I know that those of you planning to take part in this book feel the same way I do.  I wanted to let everyone know that if you want to participate but don't want your name involved in the book that is absolutely fine - anonymous quotes will work just as well as those with a name attached to them.
